Dilip Buildcon has secured a Letter of Intent (LoI) from the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) to develop a major LPG pipeline infrastructure project.
Valued at approximately Rs 1,800 crore (excluding GST), the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract will be executed through a dedicated special purpose vehicle (SPV). Subject to necessary regulatory clearances, this SPV will handle the complete lifecycle of the project—spanning development, construction, operation, and maintenance—for a pipeline linking Paradip, Odisha, to Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
Once operational, the pipeline will supply liquefied petroleum gas directly to bottling facilities run by multiple oil marketing companies, operating under the established access guidelines of the PNGRB framework.
